Bells Mill/Potomac Campus
Georgetown Hill’s main campus was built in 1992
(and expanded in 1998) through a unique public-private
partnership involving Montgomery County Public Schools,
the State of Maryland, and private sources. In 1994,
GHES received approval to operate as a non-public school
under the Maryland State Department of Education. All
of our head teachers have college degrees, and all our
staff receives yearly continued education and First
Aid and CPR training.
Ellen Cromwell, Founder/Principal of GHES, is the director
of the Bells Mill/Potomac Campus campus
and the Master Teacher in the Pre-Kindergarten program.
